General

Covers as well as furniture can be directly ordered from Spandex Dubai the latest 4 days prior to event. Installation of covers requires at least a 3-hour-period (this period excludes furniture set up time). Spandex Dubai shall not be responsible for any case and its consequences due to any delay of delivery time NOT caused by SD.

Damages caused by Client will be charged up to the degree of damage compared to condition at delivery!

Payment conditions: 100% with confirmation

Cancellation

No refund of deposit or replacements of items for cancellation of orders by the Client undersigned within 15 days before event date.

50% of the total quoted price as cancellation fees will be imposed for project cancellation upon received of signed confirmation or purchase order.
